GCash and Maya Set ₱10 InstaPay Transfer Fee Even as BPI and RCBC Scrap Theirs

GCash and Maya are moving to a ₱10 InstaPay fee for transfers to other banks, effective July 4 and July 6, even as BPI and RCBC scrap their own charges.
